        Poor service. Ordered a 10ft pool for the heatwave for my daughters. This was ordered via the range. None of them are being helpful. The pool hasnt been delivered. They are unable to provide a tracking number. I've had to now contact trading standards. I managed to get hold of suds via a mobile number and they told me there changing their number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

        Order clean/clear chemicals x 2 costing 29.99 on amazon site ,they sent one winter and one summer chemicals costing 15.99, really not happy. They won't accept returns. It's Misrepresentation and fraud as they've charged me nearly double for an inferior product. Doubt they'll even respond. Please buy your chemicals elsewhere.

        Company is shockingly bad i dont judge a company on getting it right i judge them on when things go wrong how competent they are at putting things right ...they dont answer their phone and dont give an email to contact them. So now only thing i can do is leave the feedback they deserve
