Rude customer service.Dont want to know if any problems.Failed to inform me of a 2 hour delay on motorway even though my driver had been stuck in it twice the same day.Tried to blame me for not saying what time my flight was.Nearly missed my flight as 1 hour journey took 4 hours.Easily avoided if I had been informed I do this journey 5 times a year so I don't need to be told what time to leave,only in the event of the motorway being shut.I have never been asked what time my flight leaves by your company I surely it is your company who should have informed me being that the driver had already been up to Heathrow twice that same day Been a long time customer but not anymore Appalling service.Avoid if you want to airport on time

Just returned for a short break from Prague , flying out of Heathrow and Swindon Airfair were excellent again , Gary who took us had to deal with the M4 being shut from 6-4 so we had to go via Bracknell and M3 but he still got us there on time and Rafael collected us on our return, top service from a top company , communication from Dawn (office) and the drivers are all excellent , well done all

We have just come back from Santorini via Bristol Airport and we used Swindon AirFair and I have to say they were excellent and we will use them again. Gary was our driver and he got us there safety and communication was excellent as well.

Used for bristol airport and back. Office very professional and quick responses and great communication. Driver was professional and very helpful too.
