        I have to say Pro Logs has been an absolutely pleasure to order from. Great website experience, excellent communication and delivery. Customer Service is second to none. Would recommend to anyone and our log store is full and fire is well fuelled.

        Had log burner for 8 years and open fires for 30 plus years before this and these are the best logs we have had. Kiln dried birch lit well and burned hot and fast, so we topped off with ash logs to prolong the burn. Good combination for evening fires.

        Service initially very good with good quality logs . But when delivery arrived my 3 nets of kindling were not on the order despite me having paid for them . After me trying to contact them on a few occasions 10 days on I still haven't received money back or kindling.
