I was introduced to Get The Edge UK through one of their 'Inspire Days' in January. The day was indeed Inspiring, but it was also fun, educational and a real eyes opener. Understanding how you yourself functions, and how those around you react to different challenges is something I really wished I had appreciated more in years gone by. Being able to take that knowledge, and also the motivation gleamed from the 'Thinking You Can' session, away with me got me thinking. I now work on a consultancy basis for these guys and I enjoy every aspect of what we do. To come away from seminars and retreats, knowing that you have made as much an impact as they had on me back in January, is both satisfying and rewarding; and to see delegates waking out with smiles on their faces, and truly 'buzzed up', ready to take their new found knowledge into their workplace gives me great pleasure. Thank you to Jon for the opportunity; I only wish I'd done it years ago.

Great training, gave us what we wanted not just standard one size fits all training. They will even work solutions to bespoke problems, and provide training to overcome them. Would use again and recommend.
