        Works undertaken in or about 2013 for previous owner. Rendering began falling off so repairs undertaken on or about 2016. We moved in in April 2017 and requested that they undertook repairs. After much chasing they agreed to undertake repairs in or about September 2017. Chased them twice and no response. Appear to be trading as "Spraytex Weather Shield Coatings". Now bringing someone else in to do the job.
