Delivery office only open for 2 hours a day whilst I am out at work. This is only a low value item and why they cant leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour is beyond me.

Rubbish. Only open 8-10am Mon to Fri. Get a private company in to run it. This is the 21st century and customers really do matter.
