        My plinth lights are starting to fail after only 2 years. Rang to enquire about replacements which I don't mind buying even though there is supposed to be a 30000 hour warranty and just got the brush off. Very poor quality and very poor service.

        Excellent customer service purchased 6 under cupboard lights 18 months ago and 1 of them would not stay up with the double sided pad. Contacted Sycamores and received small headed screws to hold it up the following day.

        Wouldn't use them as there led lights start flickering after 2 years (x2 lights out of 3), but they do offer you the chance to buy another off a stockist. Bad bad service
