Workers are treated very poorly and with the upmost disrespect. Their site in Halifax is run very badly, materials used for building are often in poor condition. Site managers should be sacked, health and safety overlooked.

Multiple issues with our property since we moved in, I always expected that not everything about the house would be perfect when we moved in but what I did expect is that when we contacted them about an issue, they would resolve it. Instead we've been left with an unusable washing machine due to incorrect installation and an unusable shower that has not been sealed correctly and has caused damp in our bathroom for over a month now. My partner has been asking for updates weekly and has been polite throughout, but rather than keeping us up to date we've been passed around incessantly, and now her calls are very clearly being ignored which I find completely disrespectful.

Delays of over a year due to their inability to find staff, as well as their desire to pretend to be able to complete the building in a short time period have meant those waiting for an ESH new build residential construction in Leeds have been lied to multiple times about completion dates, strung along and left without homes to move into and with mortgage offers completely changed as interest rates shoot up. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking to subcontract.
