        Agreed a job in Oct to commence end of Nov. Text the day before to confirm and they said they were busy on another job but rescheduled. Then it was a family emergency. Then said they were going to visit me on 2 separate occasions and didnt turn up. Just tell me upfront if you dont want the work as wasted a lot of time and didnt have the decency to tell me up front they couldnt make it. All I wanted was a new door.

        Poor attention to detail. Had to return to the job on a number of occasions. After multiple requests finally received necessary paperwork. Overall left disappointed.
