        I am new to the area and therefore don't know anyone who can provide me with recommendations for tradesmen so I hope this review will be helpful to others in a similar situation. Ben is an absolute godsend, cant thank him enough for the flooring he has laid at my house. Its a herringbone pattern so not the easiest to install and Ben has done an excellent job. Really lovely chap and very professional and his rates are also very reasonable. Really pleased to have found someone local who can turn their hand to pretty much everything! Thank you.         Ben put up a bird box under the eaves for me. He came out of his way to get my job sorted. He responded immediately to my initial call and kept me posted every step of the way. He was punctual, courteous, kind and extremely professional. Perfect job. I would highly recommend him to anyone. You could not want for a better tradesman! Thank you so much!
