Food and service was average. My family came here for a Sunday lunch on a crisp afternoon, and we all felt the food came straight out of a freezer. My chicken was dry and salty. I remember coming as a kid and it was much better so will give it the benefit of the doubt and try again soon.

Wow! What an incredible pub!! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The dog was even provided with a bed! The food was amazing we had their legendary ploughmans which was fantastic great pub and the staff and management are a credit first class!

Met up with friends for an annual get together and had a first class meal. Food was fabulous. Very dog friendly, there was even a supply of dog beds you could let your dogs use, if you wished too. Ample parking. My friends and I spent a lovely leisurely lunch, never feeling rushed. Staff were great.

Thank you so much for providing a perfect farewell party for my family returning to Australia. The lady organising it was incredibly helpful all the food arrived at the same time piping hot and very tasty what a well run kitchen Thank you to the kitchen. You all made a lovely evening for 19 people aged from 83 to 7years creating a happy family memory.
