Alexandra and Cognitive Therapy has really helped me deal with difficult emotions and manage anxiety, as well as implement practices in my daily life to help with positive thinking. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with anxiety or negative thoughts.

I walked out of my first ever Cognitive Hypnotherapy session with Alexandra Beatrice in a daze! But a really good one!! Ive been in therapy for years, but never tried CBT, or really knew what hypnotherapy was, so I was a bit apprehensive walking in, but thankfully Alexandras beautiful, calming presence put me right at ease. Her voice is so lovely - perfect to help guide me into a deeper state of consciousness, as I revisited a state of anxiety, and chose to sit with negative feelings to truly connect with them and let them go. And afterwards, wow, just wow. I felt so much lighter, but also so much more grounded! Ive talked about anxiety and anxious situations in so many ways over the years, but Ive never had someone guide me through the process of revisiting it and letting it go like this. Its one thing knowing how to deal with a situation, its another thing getting to practice it while someone holds your hand! And now, a few days later, I can actually feel the difference so quickly - my sleep is deeper and more restful, and even when I wake with thoughts, they're not anxious ones, and I'm able to get back to sleep quickly! I feel so much more empowered and in control of the situation, and even better, I don't feel alone in it any more - I feel like Alexandra is there beside me every step of the way. xx

Alex knows how to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed, and ready for the session. It was a wonderful experience that I'd recommend to anyone who is working through something and wants guidance in the process.

I had the best experience with Alexandra! Prior to this, I had never tried Cognitive Hypnotherapy, but was familiar with some of the concepts. Alexandra was the perfect guide for helping me uncover some stiction points in my childhood that spurred feelings of low self-esteem and self-worth in adulthood, and the hypnosis session was a wonderful exploration of how the alternative - feeling worthy - could feel, if I only allowed myself. Powerful stuff. Thank you Alexandra! Highly recommended!
