        I will never visit again, my hair is ruined. I'm 70 and know what does and doesn't work with my hair. I have arthritic hands and shoulders and need it to have even ends and it needs to be long enough for me to dry easily with my rotating hot brushes. I was going on holiday and wanted a light trim and neaten up after a perm before Christmas. Now most of the perm has been cut off, it's too short and uneven to do anything with, ends sticking out all over the place. I kept saying I didn't want any more cut off, to no avail!
