After sales service from Award Leisure is PATHETIC to say the least!! Wish we would have gone with a local Hot tub dealer now. Haven't had the hot tub a year yet and have made numerous calls/emails regarding the hot tub. It was delivered and the instruction for use given was a joke- lads just wanted to get away as it was a Friday. Had numerous issues with filters (or lack of!!) and faults. Have to wait a unbelievable amount of time for an engineers visit- money paid for the "insurance" service is a joke!!!

After waiting for 29 weeks for our hot tub ( which is good by the way) was told when it arrived that we should have been told to buy a plug and cable that we had to go out and get at a cost of 20. The set up was good but then received an e-mail about having insurance although some parts of the hot tub have a warranty they don't tell you if you have to call them out even for if it's a part that is under warranty you have to pay 95 call out charge if you don't take out the insurance .The insurance is 360. We were also told the average running cost is between 35-50 per month depending on your tariff, ours is already costing 70 per month that's before the energy bills go up. All this is without the chemicals needed. The welcome pack is a joke and ended up having to buy chemicals that cost 52 to get us going. Please be aware of the extra expenses and since ours has been installed we have no communication from anyone to ask how we are getting on with it.As I said happy with hot tub but not happy with the service of award leisure
