Bissell Direct

I purchased a Bissell Cross wave (order number 000095765) for my 87-year-old father-in-law. I have since received an email advising that the product is being recalled and require my father-in-law to print a label and box it up. However, he does not have a printer and the box was discarded several months ago. Despite spending several hours trying to sort this issue out, Bissell have offered zero help. He is now left with a product, which is not fit for purpose and dangerous to use. My advice is to steer well clear of this company.

Have tried contacting Bissell Direct with regard to carpet shampooer that won't pick up dirty water so leaving my carpet soaking wet for days. No one will help as the two week guarantee is over. Only had cleaner for a month. No reply to emails and no help on phone. After many many phone calls to Bissell I am now waiting for this faulty carpet shampooer to be picked up but after reading many many other reviews I won't hold my breath for a conclusion to this terrible experience any time soon. My advice along with other long suffering customers don't go there. The customer care department is wrongly named... It should read customers we don't care about you. !!!

Bought a spot cleaner pro. In user manual on several pictures it indicates the long extension poles for cleaning upright. But this doesnt come with them. Therefore, everything you do has to be done on your knees, great !

My package was delivered to the wrong address (number 100 on my street - I live in number 248). When I reported the package as missing Bissell did not believe me, as it had been signed for at the incorrect address. I tried to escalate my complaint but they did not respond.
