I phoned this morning at 8.27 am and was offered a cancellation at 8.40 am, got there just in time, was examined by the doctor, and she arranged, there-and-then a follow up blood test with the nurse ten minutes later at 9.00 am - how's that for service! We have always been treated very well by all the staff, the doctors, the nurses, reception and the dispensary ever since we registered here, 22 years ago.
