I have never tried hypnotherapy before I was a bit sceptical at first, however Cathy has put me at ease and has helped me transform me from having limiting beliefs and self sabotaging to a powerful self confidences and truly believe anything is possible. I have just been and had a Soul Plan Reading with Cathy and it was fantastic! I have been feeling very lost, with no direction or purpose, and this reading gave me everything I needed to move forward. I now have an understanding of why I feel how I do in different life situations and how I can work to a more positive way of living. I know what Im going to do next and feel very excited about it! I can not recommend The Green Room Therapy highly enough.

This is one of the most beautiful spaces with a lovely energy. Cathy has the most calming voice and her classes are just the perfect way to relax. Highly recommend these classes. I can't wait to start my next lot of classes. They are the highlight of my week.
