Kaye Booth Reflexology

Due to personal issues over the past 6 months I had wound up feeling stressed and overwhelmed, lacking in focus and basically just "meh" - well a trip to Kaye soon changed that! I've known Kaye for many years and trust her judgement so when she suggested I try her Reflexology Lymph Drainage treatment to clear some of the 'blockages' in my system I thought why not. The visit was very pleasurable, the surroundings are really relaxing and it was good to get away from my usual surroundings for a while. Kaye explained the background to the treatment and everything that she'd be doing. By the end of the session I was feeling totally chilled out, the stresses and swelling in my body had started to clear and I really felt different - not quite sure what I expected but this was good! After 48 hours with some very restful nights sleep in between Kaye contacted me to see how I was doing which was really good as I could give her my feedback and ask any questions. Well, that was a week ago and I can honestly say that during the next few days I felt a real difference. My energy and focus has returned to, dare I say it, higher than previous levels. I feel so much better and refreshed and will definitely consider using Kaye again in future. Ten out of ten.

Treatments with Kaye are great from the moment you step into her treatment room. It is a calming environment with a very comfy chair and lovely scents. Kaye is a great listener and instantly puts you at ease. The reflexology I received was very relaxing and definitely helped my overwhelmed, busy mind. The day following my treatments I always feel much more focussed and calmer. I would very much recommend the Menopause course, lots of really helpful information and top tips. Thank you!

I have been seeing Kaye now for a number of months for reflexology. I was sceptical about it at first, but wife had recommended her to help with my stress levels. How wrong I was! Kaye is lovely, engaging sets you at ease and can have you super relaxed in no time. Every visit I come away settled, calm. Kaye is highly recommended, she's awesome!

Kaye is absolutely amazing I have had both the reflexology treatment a number of times and yesterday tried the ear candles with a mini facial. Every time I leave Kaye I feel calm relaxed and my mind is at peace. Kaye as such healing hands and is often my life saver from my busy mind ..........
