We happened upon this place searching for a last minute deal, what a find! We stayed in Swallow Cottage with my Daughter,her partner and our 2yr old Grandson and dog. The family are so welcoming and friendly and give great tips on where to visit. The cottage is spotless and well equipped. The outdoor area is secure for animals and children to play. We had an allocated spot each day to use the pool, which the Grandson loved. You can sit in the lounge in the evening and watch the donkeys and goats in the field opposite. Good play,area too. Our Grandson loved to save scraps to feed to the pigs each day. Wish we stayed longer. Recommended!!

First time we stayed at Waterfall farm.... Very friendly and family orientated business....The hire cottages are well equipped and very clean, with the added bonus of a swimming pool being available.... Super quite and picturesque location...With plenty of good walks and angling being available nearby...Can't wait to return again next year....

What fantastic holiday cottages. We stayed in Swallow cottage. The cottage sleeps 5 and is very large and spacious. I have mobility issues, the cottage is all on one level apart from one small step into the conservatory/dining room. The pool is a fantastic bonus with easy access steps leading into the pool. A big Plus point if you walk with a stick. There is a simple booking system in place that ensures that your cottage guests have sole use of the pool at your allocated time slot. The patio garden is large and enclosed your dog is safe. The play area and the host of animals are lovely. There are plenty of local dog walks on the doorstep. swanton Morley is a good location to get to most parts of Norfolk with only a 40 minute journey. I recommend a trip to the broads at potter Heighham. We hired a boat from Phoenix boat hire. They were very competitively priced . There 12 seater day boat has steps leading into and from the boat, again another plus point if you have mobility issues, also it was only a few pounds more that the 6 seater and so much more room if you have a dog. I would definitely recommend Waterfall Cottages as a fantastic holiday hire. The place was fantastic and Caroline and her family were five * host's.
