As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Our Adviser Mr. Bhavin Patel was so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us. This is second time in our family we had a mortgage application from Miles Rhodes Limited (Mr. Bhavin) and wouldn't ever consider another broker, they are excellent in how they deal with you, slick and professional without any time wasted selling themselves... even on his holiday time he took out time to complete my application on time. The quality and performance speak for themselves so is a really easy and enjoyable transaction both the time. The process of finding the right house was very stressful but the process of choosing and applying for the mortgage has been so straight forward.
