Back earlier this year, I reached out to Debi after a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for some mind coaching to help with some personal development and after an initial consultation, I knew Debi was going to be great to work with. She made it very clear from the start the process I was going to be going through and what was required and I ended up having weekly sessions. I cannot believe how much it has changed my life and how i've now developed a more positive and stress-free way of thinking when encountering different life scenarios. Debi has a great ability to draw out how you are feeling in a professional and confidential manner. She is empathetic and warm and gets straight to the heart of the matter. A one hour session with Debi gave me a clearer head and a short list of achievable next steps and helped me deal more realistically with a difficult emotional issue too.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Debi to anyone who feels a bit stuck in their lives and is looking for a safe space in which to openly discuss their feelings/troubles/issues and work through opportunities. Debi has a lovely aura which just draws people to her. She listens, guides and supports in a non-judgmental way. Im not exaggerating when I say that she helped me re-set and re-charge after a fairly turbulent period of change.
