what can i say these guys were brilliant from start to finish , i purchased my car from them and Mihal was very professional and my car was delivered the next day , unfortunately there was a slight gearbox problem, but there was no hestation from Mihal about rectifying this and and next day came back with another vehicle for me to drive whilst they sorted my car , Bev who delivered the car was so nice ,i cant recommend these guys enougth ,professional ,excellent customer services a pleasure to deal with

Bev was very helpful and friendly and dealt with payment and paperwork brilliantly. In a few hours we had brought the car we had seen online. After a test drive and part exchanged the one we drove down in! Good customer service.

We bought and paid for 2 seals from them off ebay and they only sent 1 Now financially we're not talking about a lot of money but right is right and after messaging and ringing they point blank wont repay the money for the other seal, ebay have advised to report to action fraud due to the miss leading setting on there account. I found them online and have rung ABG Cars and asked for them to repay the amount for the seal which wasn't sent, as reporting them to the police over a 25 oil seal seems harsh,,, but after being Laughed at and then verbally abused over the phone about asking for the money that's owed, It is now purely principal, They will be reported, they clearly have no morals and should not be trusted and should be band from operating a business if this is there standard practice.
