    Absolutely disgusted with the customer service.we payed a 500 holding fee untill we had test driven the car,The car was dirty and had scratches that were coloured in with a felt tip pen,the tyres were near on bald.We handed the keys back to one of the workers and said we wouldnt be taking the car and asked for our 500 to be transferred back which they promised would be and asked us to send bank details over.When we didnt receive our money we called them and eventually got through to be told it was non refundable.When we asked to speak with the owner we then get told hes on holiday which was a lie.Please please stay well away from these people they are scammers and all the cars they have look rubbish,do not hand any money over at all as you will be told its fully refundable but if you tell them you dont like there car they then tell you that you cant have your money back.appalling buisiness should be shut down taking peoples hard earned money.not even worth a star but have to put one in

    Terrible experience, do not go! They told me they would deliver the car for free, but they drove over dartford crossing and didn't pay, so i got fined. I called them about this, they said it was my fault i should have paid the charge to avoid the fine??? I didn't know what route they took, and as a car company, they should know to pay charges! They refused to admit they were wrong and it sounds like they do this to many customers. They also told us to pay 100 for a service which was never received, no invoice was sent until i called to ask about the charge (still waiting on invoice). The guy wants to leave all the blame on delivery drivers when it is HIS business. The address is not their business address, it is another car dealership that they use for the sake of an address, they have nothing there. They car was also delivered 4 hours late, they don't answer the phone or texts within a reasonable time frame. They gave many promises at the start, but i've noticed many faults in the car and the service was disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    They dont even deserve 1 star .. one of the most stressful experiences, car bought and delivered at night, next day found multiple faults .. engine warning light came on, central locking not working, interior lights not working, large hole in seats, no spare key etc etc none of which were described on auto trader ad as in full working order and immaculate condition , then told I was not entitled to full refund ! Took over 2 weeks to get them to collect and paid out some refund with 600 short. They then took the car and claimed I had damaged it and would be receiving a bill! Criminals !!
