I phoned around different recovery companies and gentleman on the phone was very helpful and efficient which instantly helped me decide I was using this company. They recovered my vat from the original accident and the person driving was very helpful when talking about what would likely happen next and the best option being to keep it in their garage door when it needs fixing which opened to be the case. Before allowing them to take my car the driver facilitated getting all the belongings and needed, provided a business card and everything so I knew where the car was being taken. He also assured me that I could come down anytime to collect the rest of my belongings from the car when necessary. Which I partially did as at that time I didn't know the car was going to be a write off so only collected car seats. When calling to go down to collect the car seats I read able to go at a convenient time. The only feedback I would provide is they need to put up some clear signage about their business as I had to call multiple times for directions to find the exact building and are they were located and even then there wasn't a sign for JC recovery. When going to see the car the gentleman quickly generated who I was but still took care to check my ID and make sure I was who I said I was which was good and professional. Again I was able to take some more photos in daylight as it was the first time seeing the car during the day, since my accident. This allowed me to submit better photos to my insurance company.
