        Had carvery which was good. I was dining alone but seated near a large party of 20 + kids who were quite disruptive. It was very busy.

        As usual the staff were very polite and friendly and the level of service was up to it's usual excellent standard.

        Food was OK and came out quickly. Most of the staff didn't really seem bothered with doing their jobs. Had to keep chasing them just to order more drinks. This was a Sunday night and we tried to order more drinks at about 10.15pm and were told that the pub is closed. I thought closing times on Sundays was 10.30 pm in the UK? Seemed like quite a nice, new pub/restaurant but just wished the staff were a bit more helpful. Will probably be a long time before we go back and won't be recommending to anyone.
