We are really grateful and thankful for new windows at our house that Terri and Dawn arranged and managed to put through in the maintaince improvement. We appreciate that hard work to help us, their customers and their cooperation with Mc Coll, our Landlord to persuqde them to change those old windows. The new once are great, keep all that noise from the main steeet and Dominos pizza place downstairs away, provide better isolation and more than anything they are safe (and new windowsills) so we are calm right now that our toddler is safe as well (the old windows were easily opened and not solid at all). The Grahams team is wonderful- they are professional, quick, clean, efficient and friendly. Much appreciated!

Having been a tenant of serviced flats for 7 years with numerous bad experiences, LevelUP provided such a breath of fresh air. The level of service provided was unrecognisable from the previous management companies I have had experience with - would recommend to anyone!
