Having a horrendous experience trying to sell my leasehold property. They sent a pack with missing info, and every time they are chased, they go around in circles. 19 weeks since I sold so far and we cant exchange / complete because of them!! Useless. Avoid.

0/10, document never show on the portal with any reason into estate charges and missing account documents. if you get quoted a service charge on a new build they will miss there estimate by 20/30% over, don't reply to raised cases on there portal and just close them. Total shambles.

Disgraceful service. Our property is managed by First Port and upon trying to sell it, First Port have held up our sale at every turn. Miscommunication, delays, and complete incompetence by their teams to handle our enquiries. We have currently been waiting 4 weeks for any reply at all, prior to that it was 2 months. All in all First Port have been the reason our sale has taken over 10 months now. AVOID, TERRIBLE COMPANY.
