        They are always so abrupt, rude, and disrespectful. They deal with sick, disabled, infirm and people with so many ailments, yet they talk to people worse than a dog. Happens almost everytime

        They promised to dilever my daughter's antibiotics today. I received phone call at 18:30 the excuse couldn't find my address and they dropped medecine at the local branch they said. They know I'm in 14 days quarantine just come back from holiday :(
