I have a rare Skoda V6 4wd DSG and Phantom were able to remap bot the engine and gearbox. Very professional service, they test drove the car and stated it numerous times to check everything was correct and I paid and left. Drive home was great, however went to go out in the afternoon and it wouldn't start, this is when you find out how good a company is. Called them up and they got me to check.a few things but no better, so James came out after work at 8.00pm in the pouring rain and did some diagnostic work to find out what had gone wrong and mapped the engine back to standard. That worked perfectly then we arranged for the car to be mapped again a few days later, have driven it for a number of weeks now and it's fantastic. Can't praise them enough, really great crew. Highly recommended.

My ECU was flooded with water and I had loads of warning lights on, I found a second hand ECU and brought it to get cloned and re-mapped, my car is now more responsive and i dont need to rev it too much to pick up speed, its was 0-60 in 7.5 seconds before and now it 0-60 in 5.5 seconds I tested it. The car feels lighter and easier to drive and much more faster and it got rid of the engine always holding the car back so you have to rev it more to keep it going, instead the car is silky smooth and just rolls on for a long time with much less torque. Really pleased with the results and would 100% recommend these guys, they seriously know what theyre doing and can give you the best results without harming your car. Thanks JOE, youre a star mate.

Had my wife's Audi A1 for a stage 1 remap. Was not expecting a big improvement but the car feels way faster and the mpg got better. I would definitely recommend Phantom Tuning Kent to friends and family. Friendly and professional service.

Where another reportedly very good Kent based business had been totally dismissive and even rude regarding my enquiry, Phantom were professional, polite and personable. They were even able to be quick and efficient and booked me in with almost no wait at all. Having the benefit of their own premises and workshop, unlike the other place, meant that they'll do the job irrespective of the weather and the work carried out was done effectively and considerately. The price was very fair, the work was top-notch and the service absolutely on-par with what one would like. The only way it could be improved would be if there was free pizza served up while waiting for the work to be completed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a trustworthy and knowledgeable business in the South-East. Worth a journey! Service: Auto engine diagnostic
