Avoid at all costs. Completely overwhelmed, you're only allowed to discuss one symptom at a time, if you have multiple problems, you have to re-book multiple appointments. Would rate 0 star.

Have been a patient at this surgery for less than a year but cannot fault them. Can usually get through within half an hour and the staff are friendly and patient. They also listen and sort problems out logically rather than jumping through hoops to get what you need. After awful experiences, they have fully put my faith back in GPs and all staff should be praised.

This doctor surgery has never been the best but of late its actually ridiculous do you not have a cut of point for patients as the rest are now suffering. I cant even get an appointment and when call after being on hold for 50 mins Im told they dont offer appointments out further than a week in advance so il have to ring back in the morning!! Unless I want to travel - to a surgery which I'm not registered at & have never attended. Reception is always so rude & unprofessional, except the slight exception they need be trained on customer service. Shame our NHS has become so overwhelmed and the lack of experience clearly shows not to mention professionalism and a duty to provide medical care. Better to go A&E and be seen.

No happy at all is been year I try to get an appointment for me or my children had to run all the time in gravesham hospital open doctor service Today try again for my daughter see a women get an appointment before me so I thought they fix their problems but yet when I passed she tell me to go to Dartford for what ? it's to far and I didn't register their Then telle me to come the next day because the appointment it's from Tuesday to Tuesday so well still don't understand how it's possible ,I don't know but I'm thinking about racisme because the lady before me was white and she get her appointment and saw like everytime I go they tell me no appointments available so I don't want to put the racime card on it but I'm start to doubt seriously I thinking's about get an health assurance so maybe I will be traited with more care and attention. What the point to send a 40 full health check if it has no doctors for doing it miserable
