If I could give it no stars, I honestly would. I am currently pregnant and Ive been trying to get an appointment for almost 2weeks, I finally got an appointment and unfortunately I was 9mins late of a 15mins appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on my way to the gp. I was told I would not be seen because I came late, I pointed out the the receptionist (who needs training on how to deal with patients, as I found her tone condescending) that I still had some minutes left and it wouldnt take that long, she went to ask the GP and she said I had to rebook. So I asked her to rebook the appointment, then she proceeded to tell me there were no appointments. So why ask me to rebook knowing this? Obviously the Gp can see the reason I was there, Rather than make an educated decision on how to deal with the matter, the Gp decided to take a 15 mins break before her next patient. I am taking this personally because this isnt the first time. If everyone that goes to this practise is giving a 1star, at some point you have to stop and think. Currently looking to move. Incompetent and lazy! From the Gp I was suppose to see today to the Receptionist.

Shocking this week. After calling 2 consecutive days to get results of an MRI scan, have been told to call back on Monday.

Discussing surgery. The receptionist think they are doctors and can talk down to you they like about everything you can never speak to the same doctor. I've been there two years and they have never been through my notes.when confronted about anything they just pass the butt

Called surgery and was placed on emergency appointment based on my case and was told to expect a call same day so as to be seen. I am still waiting for that call after a week. Sleeping surgery
