Iv been with this dentist for many years, recently they have been cancelling appointments and making it very hard for you to book as an NHS patient
Recently had an appointment booked for 20/03/23, they cancelled less than a week before and rescheduled to 06/04/23 and have again cancelled again with less than a weeks notice
On calling them they have stated as I'm an NHS patient they WILL NOT be making me an appointment in the foreseeable future
What an absolute disgrace of a company
Beware anyone who is an NHS patient with this company
As soon as I get the complaints procedure from them I will be reporting them to the appropriate NHS regulator
