        ordered from Green Magic in April, goods never arrived was told to contact Parcel force , very unhelpful , still no goods and refusing to refund me terrible customer service - Green Magic have now been in touch to try and resolve this issue.

        After looking on many different websites for a frame for my banner Green Magic were the only company to sell what I needed. My banner arrived swiftly in the post. Unfortunately I received one with a faulty mechanism, I emailed their customer services and not only got a speedy email back but also got a phone call the next day. The man I spoke to was incredibly helpful and polite and arranged for a new frame to be sent out the very next day. Excellent customer service.
