Friendly and knowledgeable garage. Reasonable prices for the service and sorting out a few issues on the car. If you want to escape the high prices and long waits at Mini main dealers this is ideal.

Cannot praise this garage enough. Ray came to my rescue after the main dealer gave me such poor service for a car which had been fully dealer maintained from brand new. The timing chain had snapped, not an easy job, Ray kept me updated on the progress, discussed all options available to me & I am delighted to have my mini back on the road. I will be returning for all my servicing and MOT's & I will not be stepping foot back in the main dealer again!

RIP OFF As they have responded saying I have received a full refund as a good will gesture and am unable to leave a reply I thought best to edit my review NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS PER THIER RESPONSE, MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED SINCE FEB 2021. I have Emailed Minitopia enquiries to ask when I will be receiving my good will gesture payment and will keep this review updated. Ripped me off for 2k none of the work was completed! Took me 2 attempts to collect my car as I broke down on two occasions on route home from collecting my car, refused to take it back for a third time. Customer service is disgusting and they got away with keeping my money as asked me to pay via transfer. All the jobs they said they completed I have had to have re done. Services: Exhaust, Electrical repair, Brake service & repair, Steering & suspension repair, Transmission repair, Body & Trim, Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic

Not worth your money. Lazy and unprofessional and they don't even bother doing all the work they agreed to. Go to a garage with decent people who care about their customers and business instead.
