Very quick to promise lots and take your money. Generator has failed 6 months after installation without even being run in service. HG looking for excuses not to repair. I recommend avoiding.

Very poor service. Ordered a generator, didn't work for the use I needed, tried to return it completely unused in it's original packaging AND order the more expensive and powerful model but was turned down because it was over their very short 14 day return policy, despite it being over the Christmas period with postal strikes. Every other company in any industry I've ever dealt with has a reasonable returns policy, but not Hampshire Generators. Upon reading their response, they clearly fail to mention the device was a Christmas present thus it was unopened for a month and their claim it was used is simply a lie.

Superb product knowledge, fantastic value and the customer service has been outstanding with impeccable, honest, deeply knowledgeable advice... and so patient! After our first purchase of a Bluetti AC200Max Portable Power Station (Battery Generator) which we are delighted with, this led to a number of aftersales questions. A whole series of enjoyable emails ensued, not just over a day or two, but across several weeks. No matter how trivial or unusual some of our questions may have seemed, long after purchase had successfully concluded, the patient, friendly staff took all in their stride, looking into every single detail for us. We have just bought another generator from Hampshire Generators today and once again, impeccable advice liberally flowed (in fact this time stopping us from making a costly mistake, having researched ourselves, it turned out this time an EcoFlow Delta Pro was far better suited for this need). For Battery Generators (and probably far more besides) you can save a lot of time by going straight to Hampshire Generators in the first place! Thanks sincerely to Andy and Millie in particular, we cannot recommend this awesome business more highly, or more gratefully. Sincere thanks to the whole, superb team. :-)

Hi everyone i purchased ecoflow river, excellent unit so bought another with price discounted. Had query regarding setting up a 3rd party solar panel to the unit, didn't want to damage unit or warranty. Phone call answered quick with sound helpful advice. Gave me full confidence to continue. They have some good units on there website. Definitely buy through them again. Rgs allan

Very poor company. We ordered a generator from them and paid a generous deposit up front; only to be let down on the agreed delivery date without notice. When it didn't arrive as planned and we called them after waiting in all day, we were only then told it had already been sold to someone else! Took several days to receive refund, no replacement model given and terrible customer service. Overall we definitely would not recommend using them.
