        What can I say? I was desperate! My whole life's work and photos seemingly lost in a failed old PC. I called CPS (as they are based locally) for advice. Chris was very reassuring and came to me within a couple of hours, examined my PC and took the device away for examination. Within 24 hours and despite the hard drive being heavily and fatally, corrupted, he had supplied a new computer, recovered and installed all my old data and set me up with updated software. I was vulnerable to being exploited for cash but his bill was more than fair and his professionalism and expertise were fantastic. Thank you.
