HEXTABLE CARS

Worst dealership ever, the man is a joke, and he lies about the warranty, about the car and he doesn't pick up phone if you have a problem. The positive reviews are fake and we lost thousands because of him. Stay away, he sells cars that have problems. Read all the review of people that have been scammed. Stay away!!

Purchased a lovely car from this garage, unfortunately within 24 hours the engine management light came on and I feared the worse, however, Joe from the garage took the car back even offering a courtesy car so could still travel to and from work, garage paid for all work to be done on the car and then returned it to my front door, have now had it back for a couple of weeks and is running like a dream. Joe really went the extra mile and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this garage for anyone to purchase their cars from absolute 5 star service.

I bought a used car from Hextable cars and have been pleased with the car so far. It was as described on the website, and on collection of the agent was very helpful. If anyone has a thinking of buying from them I would recommend them.

I bought a VW EOS from Hextable cars back in August, straight away there were roof problems Joe did eventually come down to look at the roof and told me that it needed a new car battery that he said he would get......He didn't. The roof has now packed up completely and will cost a minimum of 1200 to remedy. He told me the roof had been serviced which after inspection last month it looks like it hasn't been serviced in the past 12 months I also said that there was a problem with the clutch pedal, his response was I never had a problem. The master cylinder needed replacing so another 225 spent. If I was looking for another car I would not use Hextable cars again. The communication if you have a problem is severely lacking and does not give a true description of the cars for sale. Addendum: I have now started Court proceedings to recover the money I have had to spend due to the dealer not responding.
