        Equipment wasnt in stock despite me ordering it ahead of time so I had to travel to another shop. They seem helpful in the shop but they dont take you through all the extra charges they pile on top of the quoted price (using the small print in the contract that they dont give you a copy of as an excuse). The delivery drivers dont show you how to use the equipment (because they say they dont know how it works) and when the equipment does break, instead of sending a qualified fitter (which they say they have) they send a replacement and then blame you for user error (the blades stopped turning due to a slack belt inside the machine) and then charge you for the privilege. I hired a Rotovator. I wont be using them again and have recommended to other allotment users locally to do the same. Such a shame.
