ASDA Pharmacy

Hi, the pharmacy is absolutely awful long wait for even 1 prescription, there are 5 staff in and still no one to serve like no one sees the queue and still have to wait over 1 hr for a prescription even been prescribed 3 days ago. This is absolutely unacceptable to be waiting so long for any prescription or even to be served.

Absolutely chaotic. Not enough staff...not medication on site and I waited over an hr.. There is always queue not matter what time you get there.

This pharmacy is a joke. They claim to have a text service to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection. No prescription is ever ready for collection and I very rarely receive a text (despite being signed up to it twice). If you have the patience to wait in the long queue, staff always appear confused and state that they will look for your prescription. The word look is quite apt as they then proceed to hunt high and low through plastic baskets littering the floor space, through drawers, and on shelves, while the pharmacist sits out the back. When the staff member returns its often a case of: They cant find it. Go away and shop to give me more time. Or Wait here for 10-30 minutes. Yesterday the pharmacy was closed at 9am as there were no staff and today was a half an hour wait for prescription to be ready - despite being the elected pharmacy who receive the prescription. It would be great if this place had a complete business review and restructure as opposed to simply being able to exist due to being inside a large supermarket.

They had my daughters prescription for over a week, I went in yesterday because we had been told it would be ready to wait over half an hour to be told they could only find one item and it was the incorrect size. They lady told me she will have to reorder it and call when its ready. The next day my daughter got a call saying its ready for collection. She went straight from work and exactly the same fiasco unfolded, they couldnt find it, they didnt know who had called and said they will reorder it! Its now been 2 weeks since she was given the prescription by the GP its bloody ridiculous! Just as well its not urgent shes be in real trouble. Ive never met such incompetence in my life needless to say we will be switching pharmacies :( its a dangerous game theyre playing should be closed down :(

Rude behind that pharmacy the next person to be rude to me will get the sack as I will speak to the manager again! Some people shouldnt have jobs and never pick up the bloody phone either! Toss pots
