They wont pick the phone even though they are telling call us before you come.

Having read the wildly varying opinions on here, I'd like to say that I've always had good service from Swanley Pharmacy, they've always answered the phone and been helpful. Given my experience I don't recognise the 1* opinions (thankfully) Update - Called today (Sat 15/4/23) and had a problem in that I needed a prescription urgently, and as it was Saturday the next delivery would be Monday. Without any fuss, and despite being busy, they helped me out with the required medication with only a short wait. Greatly appreciated.

Absolute disappointment, staff have zero common sense this place should be closed down. After 2 failed delivery attempts which I haven't asked for I went down to collect my prescription and was told I had all ready collected it. Thus went on for 2days of them asking me am I sure I didn't collect it like I was a child being asked if I had eaten the sweets. The staff was rude to my partner who had gone down before me to collect it. Never using again they need a course in management and people skills. CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!!!
