    Possibly one of the work experiences I've seen in dealing with transfers out to another scheme (I've seen transfers from Mercer, Royal London, M&G and Nest and Evolve really do stand out). I can't comment on the experience with employers, but it seems (looking at the other reviews) retirees looking to take their funds are made to jump through so many hoops, and they rely on a paper-based process which adds further risk of delay. My advice - if you have your pension with this provider and are considering retirement, start the transfer process to another provider at least 12-months before you actually need to access your funds.

    Not sure who these people are or why I've got an account with them. I've not been told that I was to join them, just an email from them saying I have been signed up with them. Worse still there was just over 13 paid in and then they charged me over 12 so my pension is saying I have 50 pence in. This clearly can't be right. At that rate someone would pay in 25 a week but their pension would only be increasing by 1 a week, over 1000% in charges, clearly a scam. Shall be reporting and having investigated.

    Customer Service is non existent and response times are very poor and lackluster. To give context, calling their main number takes you straight through to an answer phone!
