I was apprehensive about joining a weight loss group, having pre conceived ideas of what they would be like. Anyway I took the plunge and I am so glad that I did. Kelly is a fantastic, inspirational consultant and the group itself is very welcoming. There is no judgement at all here. The group offer support and advice to each other, with some excellent and very tasty recipe ideas. You do not go hungry with slimming world, nothing is off the menu and Kelly is always available to keep you on track with your weight loss journey If you are serious about losing weight and need motivation with some expert guidance. I have recently joined the group where I was given a very warm welcome. No judgement everyone is just supported with encouragement from everyone. The recipes are great and I have made some really great meals and puddings which my family have enjoyed. So glad I took that first step. Thank you Kelly and the group for the support.
