Friendly, helpful and competitive rates but, could have been more careful when removing the scaffolding as several slates were damaged. Sometimes these things can happen. They did not have the slate to replace them and it's not their policy to repair damaged slates or tiles which I can accept Although I was not impressed when after myself, neighbour and roofer checked the slate prior to striking they said they had not been the cause of the damage. I would still say they are on the whole a good company to deal with just make sure you are prepared to cover the cost of any breakages which maybe caused in the process of striking the scaffolding.
