Accepted job on Friday. Didn't show up on Saturday. Kept saying they would call back but never did. Same story on Monday. Eventually I called Dove's plumbing in Beckenham, who fixed the problem for half the price on the same day. The two stars are because the guy apologised and offered an Amazon voucher as compensation, which I declined as what we had really wanted was a functioning bath and, frankly, if you cannot do the work you should not take it on.

i was recommended these guys by various people on a local facebook group and they initially said they could attend in 3 days time which was great, but they didnt call me back at to confirm and messed me around for a week, despite promising to call every time i followed up. its much easier when people just tell you they dont want the job or are unavailable so you can immediately go back to looking for an alternative plumber. instead sadly they wasted a lot of my time, and extended the time the plumbing problem was not dealt with. eventually they just stopped replying to my texts which doesnt seem particularly professional. unfortunately not recommended if you want someone who communicates straightforwardly and has respect for your time.
