As a buyer for a small manufacturing company, I have to say Aalco are a company seen to be moving forward. Staff are friendly and helpful.Quotes are fired back sharpest, this is paramount in my business. Given feedback in the past on various issues and in all fairness they have acted or worked towards improving the situation. Would highly recommend to use for future purchasing. Keep up the good work Aalco.

Order placed and paid for, laser cutting profile. Placed order over 7 days ago and promised 4 day delivery. Still waiting! Try getting hold of the staff who took the order is a joke. If you can find another supplier do so! I WISH I HAD!

Placed 2 orders with these guys, first one 800 of Stainless angle and 6mm Ali plate both to be delivered to site. Gave them a week and then started to chase delivery, promised next day deliver for the next 4 days and then had the Ali plate delivered to the invoicing address. In the end my customer had to hire a trailer and drive from Ashford to us in Rochester to pick up the Ali plate, then onto Swanley to pick up the stainless angle and then back to ashford. Second Order was for 1 length of stainless tube cut into 420mm lengths, was quoted 2-3 days delivery time to cut the tube. After two weeks and the guys there telling me part of it had been cut, they the realised that they had 304 tube and not 316. In the end I cancelled the order and ordered from Metals4U.co.uk, 48 hours later I have the cut tube delivered and Aalco will not hear from my company
