If there was a no star I would have chosen that. The attitude of the staff I interacted with at this company is appalling. Ive bought two Ice machines from this company at 5k each. I wont be buying another. I contacted Andrea Pickford today looking for a part. I literally had to beg her to send out the 9 part. Ive ,000s of fish without ice and was desperate for the machine to be fixed. I was able to pursued her to send next day delivery once they had received payment. I later discovered that the part wasnt send as they were too busy to check that they had received the payment I had made. Contact was made with a manger, Andy Pickford who was more interested in defending his staff that finding a solution to a customer problem. He even had the audacity to say that there would be lots of customers without their ice machines this weekend. I am still gobsmacked that he said that. Absolutely appalling. Needless to say the replacement machine will not be a Hosizaki, not that I think they care.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Bought an Ice machine for over 2000 when we got the plumber to install it the unit did not work and the feet did not fit, took 2 weeks to get the engineer to come and fix it, then received a bill for 300. Joke! didn't pay it as hadn't worked since we got it but that was a battle. Engineer confirmed feet didn't fit and requested new. 6 weeks later still no feet and buying ice from elsewhere all this time. Now 6 months down the line 2nd set of feet arrived but exactly same as the last ones that don't fit. Considering the amount of money this cost and inconvenience caused I wouldn't recommend this brand as they do not believe in any sort after sales service.

Excellent customer service. Got through on the phone at the first attempt, spoke to a very knowledgeable chap named Steve who solved the problem with my fridge in no time at all. Very impressed!

Our blast chiller which is less than 3 year old got broken mid October 2019 and now nearly 4 months and still out of order and paid so far 2000+ for parts and labour! Would have been better to have got a new one! Shocking communications and misleading by the company!!! Never buy Hoshizaki. Thought it was made in Japan but actually made in US. If known we would not have purchased it.
