        Business representative visits the house to provide an estimate, after checking the subfloor/underlay etc. After paying them in full and on the day of installation, they call to ask for snaps of the subfloor again and increase their quote saying the product now requires a plywood subfloor. When I tell them that it is unprofessional, the lady tells me to go read the contract. Installation dates were missed twice. Misleading quotes and timelines. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Also, no sign of refund either...customers are on the hook, because they expect full payment before the job can be done, but heyy there is no job done...because quotes keep increasing and installation date never comes! It looks like the business has lost its focus. Service: Install flooring
