iMist

My experience with Imist has been mixed. Its a very complicated and expensive procedure. Beware you have to organise everything from builders to electricians to plumbers and that's at a huge extra cost. The fixes didn't go smoothly, mainly because my builders and me were given the wrong information by individuals within the IMist team - engineers and project accessor! This led to additional costs due to scaffolding having to be erected and more electrical work. the project took 10 months and was hugely stressful! On the positive side though the team I dealt with via phone calls and emails were very good and on the whole responded very quickly to my questions. In particular I'd like to thank Sian Fry for her patience and calm attitude towards me in my moments of frustration. She responded to me very quickly and always returned my calls. Sian made sure my dates for 2nd fix were held until I could liaise with my builder etc and also spoke to him on several occasions when I was unavailable or he need tec questions answered. Had used i-Mist services for a few projects now. Any potential issues are always addressed, M&E pre-install guide explained and office - especially Sian Fry always reacts to any queries, is very professional and never lets down. I am thankful and could not speak high enough of her customer service. Looking forward working again in the near future.
