The receptionist turned my 12 year old as a walk in patient, did not even asked to find out what was her condition. The waiting area was almost completely empty. Sent us to the minor in Sidcup - 5 hours waiting time here, not even striking today!!! My daughter is getting poorer by the minute while waiting! This Swanley practice is awful and needs to be shut down, obviously cannot care for its patients, so whats the point having it. All the reviews are negative, if I can vote to have it shut down, I would.

Useless to be honest rubbish system for being able to see a doctor and reception is only open for certain things at certain times plus when you finally get through its stressful and not very helpful at all been with them for two years and still have the same problems Ive been speaking about for the whole time with nothing done but a referral and Im still waiting for that!!! If I could give no stars I would. Also been on hold for 1:30 mins and says Im number 1 for over 45mins!!!!!!! Also why is that if there is a (rare) good review they reply with thanks we have shared this with the team but bad reviews are not even replied to you should be telling your staff what a disgrace they are (not all of course) you cant improve if they dont know how they are affecting people

Absolute nightmare of a doctors surgery. When you call, you listen to a 30 second recording. When you're eventually allowed to press option 1 for appointments, you're told all lines are busy and your call is automatically disconnected. I must have called over 50 times within a 5/10 minute period to get an appointment for my poorly 3 year old. This system is ridiculous.
