        Worst company ever. Total fraudsters! Unprofessional extremely poor and blatent liars.

        They've basically refused to fix my toilet. I've made 9 appointments of which 3 turned up but basically ran out the door again within 5 seconds of looking at it. The other 6 didn't even turn up- no calls or texts saying they couldn't come. It left me stuck inside all day no being able to do anything. How am I supposed to live without a working toilet? I don't understand at all why they're still in business or why Southern Housing still employs them.

        Absolutely shocking. Worst company ever. They should be shut down. They leave people's houses in a dangerous state. Left money with a leak then cancel in the day they should fix it.
